Nelly K. Nebo Newman

Nelly K. Nebo Newman

Board Chairperson

Nelly K. Nebo Newman is a seasoned finance and administrative professional with extensive expertise in accounting, auditing, financial management, and organizational leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the United Methodist University and has completed specialized training in Internal Audit and Controls at the Liberia Institute of Public Administration, with advanced certifications in Excel and financial systems management. She has served with Sagemcom Liberia Inc., Forum Syd Liberia, the Liberia National Red Cross, ADI Contractors, and the Danish Refugee Council. She currently serves at IPT Powertech as HR and Administrative Manager, providing strategic leadership in operations, administration, and institutional growth.

Pastor Emmanuel B. Nyonsiea

Pastor Emmanuel B. Nyonsiea

Co-Chair

Pastor Emmanuel B. Nyonsiea is a dedicated professional with a background in education, public service, humanitarian engagement, and Christian ministry. He completed secondary school in Accra, Ghana, studied Auto Mechanics at MOTESCO in Bubuashe, and later pursued Public Administration and Business Management at the University of Liberia up to senior level. He served in the Liberia Immigration Service as a Border Patrol Officer and later earned a Theology degree in the United States. He currently serves as Assistant Pastor at House of the Love International Ministry in Roanoke, Virginia. He is also involved in public service through the Virginia City Council and contributes as a marital and family counselor, motivational speaker, and conflict resolution practitioner. He is married and blessed with five children.

Borlebo Karpeh

Founder and Executive Director (ED)

Borlebo Karpeh is a seasoned development practitioner with over two decades of experience in community development, humanitarian programming, and institutional strengthening across West Africa. He began his career in 2003 in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, serving as a Field Officer with BOLD Development Association and as a Field Implementer with the Global 2000-Carter Center Trachoma Program. Since returning to Liberia in 2010, he has served in several key roles, including Project and Institutional Development Officer at the National Civil Rights Institute, Project Assistant at the Rights and Rice Foundation, Program Officer at the Liberia Albinism Society, Team Leader for the TOMS Shoes Project with Africare Liberia, Logistics Manager at ADI Contractors Liberia, National Consultant with UNESCO on TVET, and Program Manager at Liberia Community Impact. He is currently the Founder and Executive Director of Inclusive Wellness Alliance (IWA) Liberia and is a proud father of two children.
